ITP’s physical computing class resources… the link is for how to hook up a motion detector PIR sensor. You can get a PIR sensor at radioshack for $10.00. They sell ‘em in the electronic components bins under sensors. The Parallax PIR Sensor Module works fine. The wiring is a little different than what I showed in class today with the other sensors, but certainly doable… check out the link!
